With noise around us everywhere we go it is often the case that audio recorded on surveillance, from a distance,
over a radio link, over the telephone, in a noisy building or in a hostile environment can be very unclear: This can
make many recordings unusable, we are now able to offer you sound enhancement services to bring out the speech
from these situations for forensic audio investigations. We use the latest Audio Technology from
CEDAR / Pyramix / DACs and dCS to carry out this work.
We can provide Sound Enhancement for these common problems:
- Exteraneous noises are louder than the required speech
- The required recording is covered up by hiss, clicks, crackles or buzzes
- There is major distortion to the recording
We have full Digital Editing facilities as required for legal investigation / applications, we can transfer your recordings
to any given format and can present any work running to Timecode as appropriate.
Investigation and Authenticity :
Typical Applications:
- To prove whether a particular recording came off a specific machine
- Given an original recording to prove whether a differing recording has been edited from the first
- To prove whether a particular person is on the supplied recording
- We can copy any number of discs on CD for presentation to the relevant authorities.
- We can provide CDs of our work as required.
- We can provide CDs at different stages of our work, to help present the methods and processes carried out
