We provide technical facilities and staff for conferences, meetings, product launches and
presentations. We have a comprehensive sound and vision equipment resource which our staff
use to create professional events of all sizes.
We can supply just equipment and technicians, or a complete production package, including live
music (for example string quartet or violin with piano), computer animated displays, full radio
microphone and PA systems for single room or multi-room applications. We draw on our engineers
wealth of experience in Live Sound, Broadcast, Installation and Theatre Sound applications to

Single Room Conferences and Events
We provide a comprehensive range of services encompassing single point audio / visual presentation
to multi-microphone discreet facilities for the boardroom table or conference room. Fully backed-up
recording facilities can also be provided to produce broadcast quality archive recordings of events.

Multi-Room Conferences and Events
When choosing Museums, Galleries or other Multi-room venues to house your special event, trust
meeting or conference, providing a suitable atmosphere and image throughout the venue presents
more of a challenge than a one-room or single point presentation. Here we excel by using our experience
of Broadcast and Installed Sound Systems in venues ranging from fitness suites to churches to provide
you with the technical facility to promote your message throughout the whole space used.

Multi-Room Example 1 : Your chosen conference venue comprises the following:
- An area used at the top of a large stairway for a drinks reception
- An adjacent room with speeches delivered from a single position
- Another adjacent room for a post-speech dinner
Requirements:
- Background Music to be provided by String Quartet as the guests arrive in the reception area
- 2 Plasma displays to be displaying a pre-recorded slide show in the reception area
- Audio Facilities required for the speeches / presentations
- Background entertainment to be provided for the meal and informal discussions

Wedding Example 1: Your chosen wedding venue comprises the following:
- An outdoor garden (to be used for the drinks reception, after the wedding ceremony)
- A large stairway with grand hall at the top (for a formal line up, and later for cutting of the cake)
- An adjacent room (for the wedding breakfast, speeches and evening entertainment)
Requirements:
- Background Music to be provided by Violin and Piano as the guests arrive in the outdoor garden,
as your guests make their way to the line up / wedding breakfast and throughout the wedding breakfast - PA system to allow background music to be heard throughout the venue as appropriate
- PA system to have a radio microphone for your usher / toastmaster to announce to your
guests the different events of the day and for the speeches - PA system to be provided for a 4 piece Jazz band in the evening
